Unfired ceramic barcode label. Appropriate firing processes and keeping firing temperature based on items have GL ceramic labels fuse on various kinds of glass materials and ceramic materials. Printable on-site by thermal transfer barcode printers with special ink ribbons and pre-printed labels which is ready for baking process are available. Once fused onto glass and ceramic, GL label turn into long-lasting ceramic label printed with barcode, QR code, Datamatrix ECC-200 etc having heat resistance and chemical resistance.

Fusible application materials Borosilicate glass, Quartz glass, Cordierite, Mullite, Alumina, Zirconia
GL label has to meet application characters. Firing temperature depends on application.
Mounting Temporary fixation with back side adhesives, then fused to the material after firing.
Barcode All kind of barcodes including 2D codes such as QR code and DataMatrix
