Silicon wafer cassettes identified by PFA barcode

Silicon wafer cassettes/containers are used to transport and store silicon wafers during semiconductor manufacturing operations. Containers/cassettes designed for wet chemical processing applications may use material such as PFA (perfluoroalkoxy alkane) that is resistant to degradation from aggressive chemicals. CERALABEL TF is a barcode label consisting of PTFE fluororesin label molded in PFA fluororesin and available to fix on PFA cassettes/containers by welding or molding.
