In semiconductor manufacturing processes, individual identification and tracking of silicon wafers are critical. As a result, proper management of wafer carriers is essential. However, in environments involving aggressive chemicals such as hydrofluoric acid (HF) cleaning, conventional labels often fail under such conditions, resulting in loss of readability.
