as input mistakes or missing entries<br>\n\u30fbIncreased workload for operators due to manual data entry<br>\n\u30fbInconsistent traceability depending on the situation<br>\nAs a result, reliable lot-to-fixture association was difficult to maintain.\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"th\">\u3010Solution \/ Benefits\u3011<\/div>\n<div class=\"td\">US-E labels, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1,100\u2103 as well as cleaning processes and mechanical impact during loading and transport, were bolt-mounted to the side of the trays.<br>\n\u25bcResults after implementation<br>\n\u30fbIdentification data remains readable even after carburizing processes involving high temperature, washing, and mechanical impact, ensuring stable identification accuracy<br>\n\u30fbTransition from manual input to 2D code scanning, eliminating manual data entry<br>\n\u2192 reduced operator workload and significantly minimized human errors<br>\n\u30fbLabels are permanently fixed to fixtures and can be reused repeatedly<br>\n\u30fbUsage counts can be tracked for each individual fixture, enabling easier monitoring of fixture lifespan<br>\n\nAs a result, the reliability of lot management in the carburizing process was significantly improved.\nTraceability accuracy, operational efficiency, and fixture management were enhanced
